Shipping policy

Once you place your order, we’ll have it processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Keep an eye on your inbox for your order confirmation email.

When your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. It might take up to 48 hours for the tracking info to update, so don’t worry if it’s not immediate.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email, just reach out to us at info@zoybooks.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to help!

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.

We also offer free domestic shipping on orders that meet our minimum purchase requirements.
